What games do you carry?
We specialize in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Flesh and Blood, Digimon, Final Fantasy TCG, Star Wars Unlimited, Disney Lorcana, and Riftbound (League of Legends TCG). We carry both singles and sealed products for all major TCG releases.
Are your cards authentic?
Absolutely. We guarantee 100% authentic cards. All our products are sourced directly from official distributors and verified for authenticity. Every card is inspected before listing. We never sell counterfeit or proxy cards.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We're a mobile business serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours) to arrange a convenient meeting location.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify Payments checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway with industry-standard encryption.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately at harrisonlightman@gmail.com if you need changes. After processing begins, we cannot make changes due to our no-returns policy.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items are clearly marked with expected release dates. You'll be charged when you place the order, and we'll ship your items as soon as they arrive from our distributors. Check our Pre-Order Policy page for full details.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
• Canada: 2-7 business days
• USA: 5-10 business days
• International: 7-21 business days
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
How are cards packaged?
All cards are packaged with protective materials including sleeves, toploaders, and bubble mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Singles are placed in penny sleeves and toploaders, then secured in bubble mailers. Sealed products are bubble-wrapped. High-value cards ($50+) receive extra protection and tracking.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Most orders include tracking. Check your tracking number first. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at harrisonlightman@gmail.com with your order number.
International Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
How long does international shipping take?
International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times. Some remote areas may take longer. Please note that delivery estimates don't include customs clearance time, which varies by country.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Yes, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before ordering.
Why is my international package delayed at customs?
Customs processing times vary significantly by country and can range from a few days to several weeks. Delays can occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to random inspections. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processing. Track your package and contact your local customs office if it's been held for an extended period.
Do you mark packages as "gift" to avoid customs fees?
No. We accurately declare all package contents and values as required by international shipping regulations. Falsifying customs declarations is illegal and can result in packages being seized, returned, or destroyed.
Can I track my international order?
Yes! Most international orders include tracking. However, tracking updates may be limited once your package enters your country's postal system. If tracking stops updating, contact your local postal service with your tracking number.
What if my international order is lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately at harrisonlightman@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, though please note that international shipping insurance may have limitations.
Can I return an international order?
International returns are handled on a case-by-case basis due to high return shipping costs. Contact us at harrisonlightman@gmail.com before returning anything. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Why are international shipping costs so high?
International shipping rates are set by postal carriers and courier services based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and service level. We don't mark up shipping costs - you pay exactly what the carrier charges us. Combining multiple items in one order can help reduce per-item shipping costs.
Card Condition & Grading
What do your condition grades mean?
We use industry-standard grading:
• Near Mint (NM): Looks fresh from pack, minimal wear
• Lightly Played (LP): Minor edge wear or light scratches
• Moderately Played (MP): Noticeable wear, whitening on edges
• Heavily Played (HP): Significant wear, creases, or scratches
• Damaged (DMG): Major damage, bends, or water damage

Do you sell graded cards?
Yes! We carry PSA, BGS, and CGC graded cards. All graded cards are clearly marked with their grade and certification number. Browse our Graded & PSA Cards collection.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a no-return policy once items are shipped. Items must be in the same condition as received, unopened/unused, with original packaging. Contact us before your order ships if you need to make changes. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect card?
If cards are damaged during shipping or we ship the wrong item, contact us immediately at harrisonlightman@gmail.com with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund within 48 hours.

Can I get notified when sold-out cards are back in stock?
Yes! Click the "Notify Me" button on any sold-out product page to receive an email when it's back in stock.
Do you restock popular cards?
We regularly restock popular singles and sealed products based on availability from our distributors. We add new inventory daily. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter for restock announcements.
Can I request specific cards?

How does the buylist process work?
Submit your list via email with card names, sets, and conditions. Receive a quote within 24-48 hours. Ship your cards (we cover shipping for orders $100+), and get paid via e-transfer, PayPal, or store credit.
