Canada
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Free Shipping: On orders $250+ (automatically applied at checkout)
- Tracking: Included on all orders
Toronto Local Pickup
- Cost: FREE
- Availability: Select at checkout
- Pickup Time: Ready within 24 hours (you'll receive email notification)
- Location: Details provided in pickup confirmation email
United States
- Standard Shipping: $12.99
- Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
- Tracking: Included
- Customs: Buyer responsible for any duties/taxes
International (Worldwide)
- Standard Shipping: $19.99
- Delivery Time: 10-21 business days (varies by country)
- Tracking: Included
- Customs: Buyer responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees
Processing Time
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
- Large Orders (50+ cards): 2-3 business days
- Pre-Orders: Ship on official release date
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday are typically processed same day. Weekend orders process on Monday.

- Shipped in bubble mailers or cardboard boxes
High-Value Cards ($50+)
- Double-sleeved in premium sleeves

- Extra bubble wrap and cardboard reinforcement
- Signature required delivery (Canada only)
Sealed Products
- Bubble-wrapped individually
- Shipped in appropriately sized boxes
- Void fill to prevent movement
Graded/PSA Cards
- Extra protective packaging

- Clearly marked "FRAGILE - DO NOT BEND"
Tracking & Insurance
- All orders include tracking numbers (emailed when shipped)
- Orders $100+ include additional insurance
- Track your package through Canada Post or your local carrier
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote locations may have extended delivery times or additional fees.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for:
- Import duties and taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Any additional charges imposed by your country
We declare accurate values on customs forms as required by law. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue shipments.
Shipping Issues
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us immediately. We'll file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Damaged in Transit
If cards arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:
- The damaged cards
- The packaging (exterior and interior)
- The shipping label
We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify addresses after orders are processed. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees.
