Submission Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Stardust Dragon Duel Academy for your card grading needs. Please review our submission policy carefully before sending cards for grading assistance or evaluation.

What We Offer

• Grading Consultation - Expert advice on card condition and grading potential
• Pre-Grading Assessment - Evaluation of cards before professional grading submission
• Grading Service Coordination - Assistance with PSA, BGS, and CGC submissions

Submission Requirements

Before submitting cards for evaluation:

• Cards must be sleeved in penny sleeves or top loaders for protection
• Include a detailed inventory list with card names, sets, and estimated conditions
• Provide clear contact information and preferred return shipping method
• Minimum submission value requirements may apply

Turnaround Time

Standard grading consultations are completed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Professional grading service submissions may take several weeks to months depending on the grading company's current turnaround times.

Fees & Payment

Consultation fees and grading service costs will be communicated before any work begins. Payment is required before cards are submitted to professional grading companies.

Liability & Insurance

While we take every precaution to protect your cards, we recommend insuring high-value submissions. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit to/from grading companies. Insurance options are available upon request.

Return Policy

Cards will be returned via your selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided for all returns. Unclaimed submissions after 90 days may be subject to storage fees.
